Pete Boland, head of Dudley Council’s Conservation team, and Nikki Dale, senior planning policy officer will be star speakers at the next meeting of Brierley Hill Civic Society on 19th October. Pete will be talking about the proposals to create a conservation area in Brierley Hill High Street, whilst Nikki will be talking about proposals to create green wildlife corridors in Brierley Hill. The Forum will take place tonight from 6pm to 8pm at Bank Street Methodist Church. All welcome.
Brierley Hill Civic Society will be meeting at 5.30pm on the third Monday of each month. There is some debate about the best meeting time and the Society agreed to keep this under review.
So the next meeting will therefore be at 5.30pm on Monday October 19th at St Michael’s Church.
