I thought you might like to know that I have been notified about a drop in session at Brierley Hill Library on the19th March from a company called Cerda Planning.
They are handling the public consultation work for Taylor Wimpey who are looking to go ahead with the development of the former Lloyds site on Brettell Lane. The site will back onto the Hawbush estate at the back of Westwood Street and exits onto Brettell Lane so some residents may want to know a little more about it.
The leaflet I have had proposes 100 homes (the original planning permission was for 156 plus apartments) and the outline plan also shows a cycle/footpath link onto Bull Street.
